He is focused on recruiting, mentoring and leading teams across multiple time zones and skill sets to architect and execute complex software engineering deliverables.

While at Sigma360, and previously as an Engineering leader for Capital One and dv01, Carlo has excelled at building teams that are excited to collaborate and deliver winning products with the end-user in mind. He is an expert in developing system architectures built for scale, including complex microservices, message buses and machine learning pipelines.
